Both of which were delicious I might add! Our room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! We were so close to all the good restaurants the move n literally across the street from a Whole Foods! It made our time in Metairie so nice being so close to everything!

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great Fitness center, free parking, good breakfast and TV selection as well. Good location right off the highway and close enough to food, stores, etc. Was there a night before a cruise, and definitely was a better value to stay here about 25-30 minutes away from the port rather than staying in downtown New Orleans which would most likely require paid parking, no free breakfast, higher rate, etc. LaPlace had everything we needed for a 15-hour overnight stay.

The stuff is very helpful and kind don’t hesitate to ask them for recommendations

Located in the Uptown/Garden District of New Orleans, only 3 blocks from St. Charles Avenue, this historic bed and breakfast was built in 1892 by the owner of Jackson Brewery and offers ornamental woodwork, beautiful antiques, and thoughtful services. If you want a true New Orleans experience in a lovely neighbourhood, away from the hotel chains and noisy downtown area, then Maison Perrier is the best option. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is a beautiful, well maintained, New Orleans mansion. We stayed in the Clair Room. The room and bathroom were clean, quite large and the bed was comfy. The antique furniture, the wooden steps, the jazz music playing in the background while you ate breakfast, made this trip incredibly memorable. The hosts and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great info on restaurants to try and things to do. Breakfast was simple and just enough to start the day. Both Magazine Street and the St. Charles Street Car line were walking distance (about 5 mins) and the street cars were quite frequent. It took about 20 mins by street car into Canal Street and even less time by Uber. It was my first time visiting New Orleans and staying at Maison Perrier made the entire experience completely worth it. Absolutely loved it and will definitely return!!!

The neighborhood is peaceful with no intrusive neighbors, offering a great sense of privacy. Plus, right across the street is an outdoor activity center, perfect if you enjoy a run or being outdoors. Everything you need, from essentials to groceries, is within a quick 4-minute drive, so there's no need to venture far. I also had great communication with the person I booked with, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for its cleanliness, location, and overall quality!
