My stay at Casale Beatrice degli Ulivi was perfect! I arrived and was greeted by Valentina who was a wonderful host and who offered plenty of sight seeing and food options in the area. The location and views are amazing. The pool was perfect to refresh after the hot day. The room with balcony was great to enjoy the scenery and the jacuzzi in the room was an extra treat. Thank you Valentina for providing a wonderful and enjoyable experience. I'll be back again very soon!

The settings are beautiful. If you need to switch off this is the place to go. Francesca and her mum are very welcoming. Breakfast all homemade cakes by Francesca. The room very nice and clean. It has a lot of character. If you don't fancy leaving to go exploring you can either relax on the grounds or use the swimming pool. There is about 1.5km of rough road which is an adventure but it's all part of the fun! Any tourist, history or food questions you may have Francesca will answer. In your room you will find a booklet of towns, restaurants, and places to visit with a very detailed description.

Despite limited English Sante was very happy to communicate with Google translate to make up for my basic level Italian. The farmstay was basic and full of a variety of animals including very friendly old dogs and cats and even a solitary ostrich!The views of Orvieto across the valley were stunning and it only took about 15 minutes to drive there.

Beautiful location- Umbrian farmhouse with a view of Orvieto and a 10 minute drive to the town. House is on a farm, but the rooms are comfortable hotel rooms. Lovely hostess Angela, who went out of her way to help arrange side trips during our stay. Comparable to hotels that cost 2-3 times as much.

Absolutely wonderful farmstay in the tranquil groves outside Orvieto. The house is gorgeous, a real dream home, but what makes this place special is how fantastic Angela is. We can’t thank her enough for all her advice, travel tips cups of tea and amazing cakes at breakfast. The room itself was large and cozy and the bed was beyond comfortable. Highly recommend this beautiful place.
