Originally, we came to this area for one night to relax from the hustle and bustle of Saigon, but we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for two nights. The place is truly magical, and you will hardly see any tourists here—only kind, smiling local people and plenty of fruit, especially coconuts. Thuan is a very friendly and caring person. He speaks perfect English, which really helped us to get at least a glimpse of the local culture and way of life, especially during a private trip on the Mekong River, which I highly recommend. The next day, we went on a bike ride and visited a local coconut processing workshop (nothing goes to waste here). One of the most unforgettable moments was when we visited local school children—it was an incredible experience that touched our hearts. Whenever we were hungry, his sister Thuy cooked us excellent Pho or fried spring rolls at her restaurant. We are glad we chose this place and we hope to return here in the future. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the farm stay free of charge. The farm stay offers an outdoor swimming pool with a fence, as well as an open-air bath and luggage storage space. Quite expensive compared to other accommodations but still very worth it. Lovely little place, cute bungalows, very good food and great boattour in the morning. Martin organised us an affordable taxi for getting there and also for leaving, big plus!

Our host Tai and his family were warm and welcoming. We were able to rent a scooter and he allowed us to use his bicycles. Tai also helped us with anything we needed arranged. The room is perfect with all that we need (hot shower), kettle, hammock, mosquito net, AC... But most importantly, it was a quiet place, close to the river. You can enjoy the river flow and sunset.
