This property is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. I especially loved the Chinese-style breakfast — it was authentic and delicious. For those who prefer Western options, don’t worry — they offer those as well, so there’s something for everyone. The staff were truly exceptional: warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, creating a calm and uplifting atmosphere. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary mineral water refreshed daily and the high-quality amenities provided in the room. The location was only a 10minute walk to the SanLiTun shopping district, very walkable area. The one thing that really stood out to us was the customer service by the concierge, from the security guards to the front desk, everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. They have made our stay in Beijing so much better with their hospitality. Special shoutout to Ms Li for being extremely helpful with directions, and just about everything! Room cleaning was also excellent, we loved coming back to a clean room after a long day out! the public area also has complimentary tea and coffee, which we really appreciated. we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beijing.

Without doubt the best hotel in Beijing! Location is perfection, walking distance to major sites/shopping areas, right beside Metro stop (National Art Museum stop on Line 8). Staff were attentive, helpful, and excellent English. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm off the busy streets in Beijing, a pleasure to come back to and relax/refresh. Very much a Spa hotel the vibes are chill and relaxed. The Spa and Gym onsite are excellent also. Breakfast had a large selection and on the better side of breakfast buffets you'd see at a hotel. The room itself was big, particularly loved the bathroom with two sinks, big bath and a Japanese style toilet (always fun!) Overall this hotel was perfection, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Hotels are cheap in China, if this hotel was in Europe you'd be paying 4x the cost for a similar hotel. 10/10

Our waitress Sadie was a great host. Despite the fact that her English was not there, she did her utmost best to communicate through translating the app and made it very enjoyable. 10+.for her. Mr. Peter, the F&B manager, arranged our steaks and Tomahawk at the lounge, and his exceptional customer service 10+. Restaurant/ breakfast buffet/ dinner by far the best on our trip. Exec sous chef, very nice gentleman. Overal restaurant experience 10+. Good work of all staff and will be my main hub in Beijing from now on. Concierge, 10+, very helpful and organized great trip to great wall with great guide.
