Hotel was fantastic - staff were helpful and kind, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. It is located next to the "Dutch Flower Town" with lovely walks and cafes. Great restaurants were about a 10min walk away.

    Ask for non-smoking room...but still can smell the smoke especially at the corridor. The room is quite clean, but it's time to do the renovation. Unpleasant odor in the room. Upon entering, a strong, stale odor hits me. If we add an additional 200~300++, we can stay at a 5 star hotel. We are staying here because it is convenient for public transportation only.

    Better than all the 5 star hotels we have stayed in China. Lily at reception was extremely helpful and spoke great English, which made us feel very comfortable staying there. The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend this apartments over staying at other hotels as it is so spacious. It’s also connected to a mall which was great as it has been raining all week. Great restaurants all around. 10/10.

    Staff won't pick up the phone pool wasn't Open. Service robot's are only for show they don't do anything. Pool isn't even high up it's just 4th floor It's a bot misleading it's not really 5 star 4 star but Even then communication of staff was very poor they just pick up the phone.
