Spotless clean, spacious rooms, an amazing breakfast selection, a beautiful garden area, and a calm private beach right in front of the hotel. The swimming pool is large and there’s always enough space for everyone. The staff are true professionals: they speak English, use translators when needed, everything is clear, polite, and with a smile. I was even given complimentary breakfasts and a discount voucher for the SPA — such a lovely touch! Hyatt Regency means stability, safety, and comfort. The atmosphere is so friendly and truly “foreigner-friendly” that I felt completely at home. 💙 I didn’t want to leave. This place is magical, and I will definitely come back!

Very good value for money, our room was amazing with great view of the sea, the facilities at the hotel were excellent - restaurants, breakfast and swimming pool. The beach is just across the road from the hotel and is also lovely. Superb place for a relaxing stay!

It is a beautiful hotel but I would say more about the children which is great if you are going with children kids would luv it it is good but as me and my husband we would of liked a quieter place but overall great stay lovely weather breakfast was outstanding lots to choose from

Great location, right across the street from night market. Spacious room good facilities, very helpful staff. Steven helped me found my lost items and mailed them back, very convenient. Super good value for the money, better than starred hotels.

Featuring a private pool, hotel has no direct access to the beach, you need to walk out of the hotel for about 6 minutes and cross the road to the beach.

We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The price/quality is 10/10. We were pleased with the good cleaning of the room. We would like to thank the attentive receptionist Risan for helping us order a taxi. The hotel also has a Russian-speaking guide Misha, who helps organize excursions, transfers, treatment, etc.

We really liked our weekend at Pullman, the staff is really friendly, helped us a lot. There are several swimming pools, one of them is heated, 31-32 degrees, really nice. It was my birthday during our stay and hotel staff decorated our room and game me little presents, it was so sweet of them. Especially thanks to Eva, who took care of us during our stay there and Mickey for decorating the room. Definitely would spend another vacation here!

The boss's service and attitude were excellent. I was very satisfied with the room. It was quite clean and tidy. Unlike many other apartments, the quilts and pillows here were not yellowish. There was a balcony where I could dry my clothes. I felt very comfortable staying here. It's a hotel apartment with a high cost performance. I was recommended to come here by a friend. I will choose to stay at this hotel again when I come to Sanya next time.

We were treated very well as soon as we stepped in to the hotel. Welcome drink and a very pleasant and efficient check in. We were very impressed with the receptionist as well as the concierge who explained in detail on all our questions. We will be back for sure next year Really love this hotel!😍
