All staffs were very friendly and willing to help their guests with smiles. Room was big, comfortable, and clean. Wifi was smooth! The breakfast was nice. Free airport pickups/drops were plus. We leave to airport out off the schedule, we then used a taxi with payment. It was very convenient too.

The service is impeccable, the food is incredible, the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was terribly comfortable. All in all very happy with this stay. No problems with noise or any of the usual issues one can experience in hotels. It had been quite a while since I saw such a good breakfast too ; many choices of high quality food. The kitchen staff is amazing. I browsed through older reviews and it seems like the hotel took criticisms seriously as I typically couldn't relate to them.
