The hotel was amazing! Staff were always friendly and helpful. Food is good, especially dinner because there are multiple restaurants to choose from, there’s even a coffeeshop with proper costa rican coffee. As an added bonus, there’s an EV charger in the hotel and the staff were kind enough to help us get an adapter.

The resort is absolutely incredible! It is located in the heart of a lush rainforest with the local ecosystem being preserved. The facilities and accommodations are beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The villas are spacious and feature a thermal-water jacuzzi pool on a huge terrace. It was truly amazing to soak in the jacuzzi overlooking the jungles after dark. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of, and I felt like I was staying with family and friends. The resort is quite spacious, perfect for walking and hiking lovers like me. But for those who prefer not to walk, gold cars are readily available. Overall, I had an incredible experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious yet eco-friendly retreat in the heart of nature.

Room is spacious, impecable, fully equiped with fridge, tv, Chromecast, wifi, bed lamps and furniture. Comfy beds. The pool is beautiful and has many seatings and also two hamocks around to chill and relax. My family was able to fully relax there.

Beds were comfortable. The view to the volcano was amazing from the small deck overlooking the room. The Baldi Springs and hot tubs were amazing. The meal at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
