My husband and I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect, you can see the Top Management is taking care of all the details. Food selection was top and our room was super comfortable. We would like to thank all the staff that make sure we had a great time. We arrived tired on the check in as we flew from Italy. Amelia on the reception was so empathetic and make sure we had all the info we needed as smooth as possible so we could go directly to rest. We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!

I can hardly find the words to describe how excellent the hotel is! As someone who travels often, I usually don’t take the time to write reviews about my stays, but I couldn’t resist sharing our experience at Tortuga Bay. We do not usually go to all inclusive hotels, but this was a very nice experience for us - the staff was very accommodating, and everyone was greeting us each time they passed next to us. There are 4 restaurants that you can choose from for dinner, and all of them are pretty solid (the French option was our favorite). We had a swim up room, so we had access to a joint pool that we shared with our neighbors, but it still felt pretty private. The jacuzzi is connected to the pool, so it is not heated, it is just a little tub with jets with pool water - not a big problem, but it is something to note. In our room we had two shower heads, and at first it was odd, but this kind of shower experience is very intimate, and it is a big plus in my book. The room was big, and so was the bed. There was room service 24/7 and we ordered lunch, that was very good on one of the days. Each room also has a little cabinet in the closet that is connected to the hallway and the staff can pick up the dishes from there.

This was the most amazing all inclusive resort we have stayed at. It had only reopened 2 days before our arrival, but felt like they had been open for years. The grounds and buildings are extremely well maintained and beautiful. The staff are utterly amazing and are so friendly. Several members of the staff absolutely made our stay memorable. They treat you like family. The food was amazing in all of the restaurants and the buffet in Ventanas will not disappoint either. The little coffee shop, "Drips", under the stairs on the mainfloor by the theatre was perfect. Great hours, great food and coffee, but it was the staff that will always have a smile and go out of their way to ensure yo are happy. Any review before March 4, 2025 should be taken cautiously, as that was all under the old management and name. The new Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana should be on your bucket list of places to see.

    The property is as beautiful as on the pictures. The Staff is overly sympathetic and also very attentive and professional - everywhere. Lots of activities in the property throughout the day and into the evening. Classy atmosphere, where the guests enjoy the all-inclusive without abusing. Only very few, calm children. The food is very fresh, good and varied, yet do not expect a Michelin Star (in none of the four restaurants).

    Definitely not a Five Star Resort for European Travellers! We tried to organize a Transfer from the airport one week in advance but had no success via mail or phone. Welcoming was really bad, Staff at the reception is not friendly at all! We had our privat butler Algenis who was professional and kind, thank you! Pools and Restaurants are good. If you pay the full price, it‘s not worth it.

    I traveled and stayed here for my 40th birthday and let me just say this,THIS RESORT did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The resort staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was awesome and had plenty of variety,the drinks were flowing and always on point. If you are thinking about staying here you will not be disappointed. 5 stars all around.And let me not forget the spa services were GRAND!!!!

    Our Butler, Daniel, was simply top notch. He was approachable, pro active, very communicative and he made the difference to us between an ok holiday and a good one. The buildings are superb, wonderful architecture and stylish. The service is certainly 5 star and the staff are friendly and eager to help. The Club facilities are terrific and they help everyone to just wind down and relax. Overall the vacation was very good and was only let down by a number of issues which the hotel management team should consider.
