It’s almost to perfect like goin into a different place Guest relations (Mavi) was superb. Food amazing We had 3 perfect meals with reasonable price. View was really good. All the stuff was really helpful with a smile on their face Location by the river pool was heated my favorite part was the bar inside the pool hope they put chairs there too words not enough

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredible. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was flawless. We chose the half board option, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also treated ourselves to massages at the spa, which I highly recommend. The rooms were spotless, with amazing attention to detail that made everything feel extra special. I truly loved our stay and would return to Luxor just to stay at the Hilton again.

The Winter Palace is an elegant refuge from the heat of trekking through tombs. The room was beautiful, the beds heavenly, and the food delicious. We loved the pool, the shady lounges, and the ability to enjoy a cup of tea on our quiet balcony. The highlight, however, was the staff, particularly Esraa, who was unfailingly patient as she helped us navigate a variety of outings. Thank you Esraa for making our stay in Luxor a memorable experience!

Very lovely hotel, amazing views of the Nile from the room and the gardens/pools/restaurants. Good Buffet breakfast with big variety and various restaurants to choose from for lunch/dinner. Very clean with extra comfy bed. Special thanks to Ashraf from the pool who was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and looked after at all times!

Nile Panorama offers everything you can ask for! First I have to mention the staff, they are very kind and willing to help you with everything. If you need to go to an ATM, they take you there. If you want to visit any of the sights Luxor has to offer, they will arrange something for you. I‘d recommend to not book any tours in advance, they will arrange everything for you for a very fair price and you don’t have to worry about anything. The food that they offer is delicious. The apartments are very spacious and clean. The location is great, you are at the sights in no time by boat or by car. The view from the rooftop is stunning. I’d love to come back!

All I can say is WOW! We came on our honeymoon and got upgraded to a suit. The staff went above and beyond for us and made our stay one of the best in Egypt. From arrival to leaving everyone was super nice and assisted in anything you needed. Food was great couldn’t have been any better as we even got a private dinner on top deck and a private breakfast on a Egyptian boat before leaving. Thank you to all the staff we really appreciated everything. Lots of love from Canada and Malta 🫶🏼

    Everything at Al Moudira is magical! Understated chic, to me what a 5 stars should be. The gardens were stunning, attention to detail and decor - a surprise in each corner. Fantastic food, beautiful rooms and amazing staff, always willing to go above and beyond, without being pushy.

    Great location, staff, and ambience. Views were amazing. Food wasn't that good, but I'll still give it 5 stars. Reception staff were great and friendly. They even upgraded us and provided us with a breakfast box for our departure.

    The Hotel complex featured all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 Star Hotel. The gardens were exceptionally designed and manicured, the swimming pools were in superb condition and the Bar Service was outstanding. The restaurants, food wine lists were of the highest quality.
