Hello. The receptionist and concierge were very kind, helpful and professional! Also the restaurant personnel especially the restaurant manager, made our stay very enjoyable and gave recommendations about the region. The hotel is very clean and modern, the design of the rooms is great too and the housekeeping staff is professional and kind as well.     The hotel is beautiful. Very clean. The food was very awful. I was at one of their restaurants, and I also ordered food from room service, and the food was very bad. Hotel of 5 stars with 1 star food. Better eat in a different restaurant.
