The hospitality from all the employees. Me and my partner got engaged during our trip. The hotel staff did everything to make sure we had an even more memorable trip. From a special table in the hotel restaurant Mavro with a beautiful dinner, to a boat trip to celebrate our engagement. Apostolia, Thanasis, Kostantinos & Aris thank you very much for everything! Regarding the room everything was amazing! From our private jacuzzi with sunset view, a state of the art sound system.

This is not an hotel, this is a family that takes fine care of the humans that live with them. Unmatched hospitality and empathy from Anthony and the staff. You're not a guest, you get to have a home here and enjoy it! Best homemade breakfast that makes you love waking up. Best view in Santorini. If you need anything, they will take care of you. Anthony took my wife and I in his own car, a sweet Volvo, to drive us to the beach with him. Thank you so much Santorini's balcony for a trip of a lifetime. I will tell all about you and your crew's kindness and hospitality to my friends and family in Cairo and Amsterdam.

I loved every minute of this trip. The staff, special mention to Danae, Panos (Andronis Luxury Suites) and Sebastian (Andronis - PacMan) were beyond accommodating and I felt as though they gave us a world class experience. The transport that was arranged for us to go exploring, another special mention to Alex and George our drivers, who were informative and kind. Our room was spectacular, we stayed in the Andronis Suite at Andronis Luxury Suites and when I say, heaven on earth, I absolutely mean it. The view was astonishing, the room was clean and tidy (and the cleaner was lovely too). Breakfast was always delivered on time with a smile. Lastly, the restaurant, Lycabettus, if I could import that food home with me, I would have. This was honestly, the BEST holiday experience.
