We lived everything about the ICON Hotel. I travel regularly to Hong Kong on business and have stayed in hotels on the island twice the price and even then, the ICON Hotel in many ways was better. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the rooms very well laid out, great views and everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

Great welcome, even shown to 14th floor room by front desk staff!! Excellent location 150 metres from Nathan Road. Spacious tidy, clean room with bottled water and nibbles included. We moved to this hotel on the 26th december for 2 nights after 3 nights at St Regis and experiencing some very unpleasant matters. The hotel is great, service was excellent, there were plenty of dining options offered inside the hotel, a very well-equipped gym with a beautiful harbor view. We dined at the chinese restaurant (The Legacy House), food was excellent and service was great too from the hostess who welcomed us and brought us to our seats to the staff who took great care of us from the start till the end of our meal.
