Very comfortable and luxury hotel. Location is great in the heart of Bandung. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Rooftop bar is great, we had some good cocktails. Breakfast also really good. Later checkout was also no problem.

    The room was super spacious and clean, loved the automatic curtain blinders. Toilet was superbly clean too! Walking distance to trans studio theme park and mall, very convenient. Got the chance to have breakfast at the 18th floor club lounge. Service was exceptional and the staff there were extremely warm and polite. Honestly the BEST hotel breakfast experience EVER! Thank you Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung for ending my honeymoon on a high note!

    this property has all the hallmarks of a 5 star hotel - however, to enjoy the full 5 star experience you need to book one of the 'tow,er' rooms, which also have the added benefit of access to the 'tower lounge' !! (garden view side is better than pool view side) - note: the staff go out of their way to assist in every respect (every request we made was completed)

    The Trans Luxury Hotel is an outstanding hotel with excellent, caring and attentive staff . The attention to detail in the hotel to every aspect of customer comfort is superb. Overall a wonderful experience and I will always prefer this hotel when travelling to Bandung
