I received a very warm welcome, my room and the whole hotel was clean and tidy. I asked for boiled eggs at breakfast and was so happy to receive the best boiled eggs I have had in India! It is the little things that make for a wonderful stay away from home. On another foodie point… omg the raw honey, just fabulous!! All members of staff were delightful, particularly Anil Daniel and Pratima at the Jiva Spa - the treatments I received were sublime.

The reception area features a beautiful entrance with a waterfall and lovely lighting. As a welcome bonus, we enjoyed free herbal tea for immunity, which was a nice touch during our stay in India. The pool area is tranquil, surrounded by lush trees, making it a peaceful spot for reading or enjoying a swim. The pool itself is very clean and a great size for doing laps after sitting on a flight for hours. Our accommodations were wonderful; we stayed in a beautiful suite. We had three meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was excellent, with a great buffet and choices at a very reasonable price.

As I had a sore throat, I asked to bring piece of ginger, honey and hot water and it came very quick! I asked the same thing in the breakfast place, the same service was served! VERY HAPPY and SATISFIED to their hospitality and services.
