The staff at the hotel were exceptional and they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade and decorated the room with birthday balloons and a cake for my wife’s birthday. Every interaction with any staff member showed exceptional customer service and willingness to exceed our expectations. Especially, Shivam and Mevin, the guest relations executives - they went above and beyond on a number of occasions to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. The breakfast have many choice, the service team very helpful and nice. They help us settle alot of problem. House keeping team is great too. But all the staff very kind.We didnt understand hindi and they help us communicate with the Uber guys.
