Very spacious, beautiful decor and super comfortable pillows. Highly recommend. My husband and I went with our teenage son and there was plenty of room for us. Also the laundry was a big plus for us.

The staff were fantastic. The hotel was beautiful, especially the Japanese gardens. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The food was exceptional. Very close to one of the main train stations.

Exceptional room size for Japan. Large bathroom with spa bath. The gardens connecting the three Prince hotels was gorgeous. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and location was 5 mins walk to the Shinagawa train station which made accessing the rest of Tokyo easy.

Such a luxurious hotel right next to Shinagawa station. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything you may need. Being basically in Shinagawa station was so helpful coming from Narita airport and was well connected to the rest of Tokyo. The bathtub was spacious and luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable. This was probably my favorite hotel we stayed in in Japan and we will definitely be staying again next time we come to Tokyo.

The property was well positioned. As you would expect from a Hilton the facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely friendly which made the stay all the better. Room facilities were top notch.
