The location is excellent. Right next to JR Sapporo station and very close to Daimaru. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need, even some bonus ones like a basic hair scrunchy.

Easy access to train when departing to New Chitose. In house onsen facilities are fantastic. Amazing views and staff were very professional and helpful. Rooms aren't huge but met our needs.

I liked everything about this hotel. We had a spacious room (35 square meters) on the 19th floor overlooking the city (and not Nakajima Park) which was just great. The staff, the complimentary wine every day between 1pm and 7pm, the proximity to the park. We had also lunch in their japanese restaurant on the 24th floor and we loved it for 5k yen per person a very good deal. We just loved everything about the hotel also the small things (got free parking for 3 hours before returing the rental car etc?. Would definitely stay there again.
