The Raffles Hotel is an oasis of luxury in the centre of Phnom Penh. We loved the architecture and style of the buildings. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast at Le Phnom restaurant was delicious and we were lucky to be able to experience the happy “hour” in the Elephant Bar. A highlight was spending an afternoon relaxing by the pool in the tropical surroundings.

it was amazing. 3 nights we had at shangri-la Hotel was baran new, so everything was clean , staff very friendly and helpful. we had an amazing river view. breakfast was good and interesting options to choose. we also tried dinner there, which totally was good, but beef berger was amazing.
