The hotel is very centrally located yet serene inside and the room was well laid out with a nice balcony view to the hills. The staff were very friendly and kind - particular thanks to James (x2), Amber, Mone and Yang who were all very helpful making sure our stay was comfortable. They organised trips for us to the caves and waterfall as well as providing a complimentary buggy service to restaurants. The Mekong Sunset Cruise led by Asri was an absolute highlight and a must do. Last but not least, the breakfast quality and service was outstanding.

Located in Luang Prabang, the colonial-style Satri House was the previous residence of Prince Souphanouvon. The hotel offers 2 outdoor pools, free Wi-Fi and a spa.

The Luang Say Residence is gorgeous, with French colonial style rooms set amidst a lovely tropical garden. The pool is large, clean and well maintained. A true oasis. The hotel is a little far from the centre of town, but free bikes and regular shuttles make it easy.

Our stay at La Residence was nothing short of spectacular. It's indeed a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it receives. We definitely recommend the sunset river cruise on the Mekong River; we had such an incredible time. The cooking class with Chef Larissa was a very special activity as well. Our stay was unforgettable, one that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail made it a truly special vacation. Everything! What a fabulous hotel. Staff were exceptional! Washing machines available to guests were so useful. Free shuttle to/ from the main area (night market) were so useful and you just WhatsApp and they would confirm pick up.

All the staff went out of their way to give an excellent service - reception, buggy drivers, restaurant and bar staff. Breakfast was excellent. I loved returning after a busy time in town to the peace and tranquility of the hotel’s beautiful setting. The shuttle bus was brilliant. The swimming pools were lovely too. I felt I was in paradise.

We had an absolutely lovely time at the Burasari Heritage. We had already stayed at the Bursari in Phuket a number of times so were fond of the brand. There were a couple of things that really stood out about staying at the Burasari Heritage: 1. The staff were absolutely gorgeous, friendly and welcoming 2. The whole vibe of the hotel is kinda cool colonial 3. The location is just superb easy access to everywhere The hotel also arranged our tour of the Kuang Si Waterfalls with Sanya which was an absolute highlight and I totally recommend.
