An amazing experience with really friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. We were a group of 8 people (extended family) and they accommodated our every need!

We spent five nights including the New Year’s Eve. We loved the New Year’s Eve menu, service and activities, which were amazing, far beyond our expectations. Breakfast buffet was very rich and with a high variety of options. The facilities are great and the location is very good to reach easily all island attractions, be it walking, by boat, by Bolt or Uber. Staff was very friendly, available and always there to support. Management including the F&B manager and the GM were always present and checking all the time the guest satisfaction. We had a late flight and have been offered a late checkout which was highly appreciated. Overall it is a property we are highly recommending it.

A Special Thank You – Above & Beyond Service I had an issue with mx transfer to the next destination and ME Malta went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I was taken care of—especially on my birthday. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. Facilities – Absolutely Spectacular Even though some areas are still being developed, what is already in place is next-level: • Spa & Wellness: The design is stunning, and the experience is elevated by the team, especially Sophia, who coordinates everything flawlessly. The massages are truly relaxing. • Pool Area: Simply beautiful, with top-notch service. • Breakfast: À la carte perfection—every dish was fresh and delicious. Room for Improvement Final Verdict – A Hotel with Heart & Excellence While the design and facilities are spectacular, what truly makes ME Malta special is the warmth and friendliness of the team—from the concierge to the front desk to room service, everyone embodies true hospitality.

A very high quality and comfortable room, nice spacious bathroom, good shower, fantastic location in the old town, very nice breakfast, exclusive design where you want to photo every corner

The location was fantastic with a short stroll into the town of Valetta. The rooms were beautifully appointed with the most deliciouly comfortable selection of pillows. The team at the Phoenicia, were exceptional and made our stay truy comfortable and memorable

I travelled alone for work and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel smelt amazing as soon as I walked in. The shopping mall was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. A special thank you to Laura from the spa, who kindly arranged last minute treatments for me. I loved the accent bathing ritual, the Rebirth Spirit of Neptune massage, and the Venus Bliss facial all wonderfully relaxing in such a serene setting. Back in my room, I enjoyed a delicious wild boar tortellini before having one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time, waking up refreshed and recharged. A truly memorable stay with excellent service, relaxing spa experiences, and great food. I would definitely return to hotel for holidays and take advantage of the beautiful rooftop pool and cocktails.
