The apartment was almost everything that what we wished it to be or better. The rooms were big and clean, with an amazing view. The ladies in the reception gave us an even better apartment with a better view than the one that was originally reserved. The service was really quick when we asked for help. Amazing location the free tram pass by the hotel every day, easily walkable to many nice spots as well one metro stop nearby. Small fancy mall nearby, shops and nice cafes, great staff super friendly and helpful from front office until the concierge team. Super recommend this place to all the first timer tourist who want to say in the centre of Doha and not so far by taxi from the airport too. We would stay here again for sure if we ever come back to Doha :)

The friendliness of all the staff. Everyone went all out to try and make the stay & experience out of this world. But that is how Doha is, everyone who work in the hotel industry are trained to be service focus. We were upgraded upon arrival by this friendly south african personnel. Cant remember his name but he is the sort of person that you want to employ to be the face of W. Having said that, everyone else is wonderful and so helpful.
