Sultan , Razan, Ayah and Hadeel amazing staff exceptional customer service. They listened they were accommodating to my request I truly felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. The bus was easy to use and dropped me off within minutes of the haram the schedule is also easy to follow The restaurant was lovely the food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options whether you have a sweet tooth in the morning or you like more of a savory option The room was excellent the size the tv and the fridge the bed was comfy and the essentials were there including scent free soap for Ihram! There is an onsite shop in case you need a niqab or an abaya REASONABLE PRICES and there is a barber shop too! There is also. A fragrance shop and a souvenir shop Did I mention room service?! I ordered Saudi coffee and dates and Alfredo pasta to the room i was fasting and it was reasonable price and delicious and I didn’t have to leave the room Lastly location I could see the clock tower from my room yes it’s about a 7-10 minute drive
