Wonderful hotel with amazing staff! The quality is very high. The hotel is very well located, close to the shopping center of Tunis" Mall of Tunis", restaurants and cafés. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast is very tasteful!

Beautiful and well maintained with traditional decor. You can feel it has a soul and looks spotless. Every corner is worth stopping and photographing. Restaurant team on the rooftop who spoke English (boy) was very welcoming and very excited to see us - this type of warm welcome we would expect from reception team. Door on rooftop restaurant was excellent, we stayed 6 hours from lunch to dinner with our friends and enjoyed view, service and food very much. Will come back and recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tunis. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus in the summer heat. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful — especially Awatef Hamdi, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily return.

Best hotel in town! As always on point! Super helpful, welcoming, flexible and professional staff Great modern facilities Excellent room with everything you need! Best and most comfortable bed, slippers, great shower, robes Hygiene is A+ Breakfast and Dinner were superb Gym was decent and neat with pluses such as towels, free water, detox water and fruits. Staff were all first class, helpful and welcoming. The room was amazing and very comfortable. I had been upgraded to the club floor, but unfortunately left the hotel too early every morning to enjoy the breakfast! I managed one trip to the gym during my visit which was a real shame as the gym is better equipped than the one I belong to at home!

Concorde Les Berges du Lac is a luxurious hotel next to Lake Tunis. It is just 10 minutes away from Tunis-Carthage International Airport and has a swimming pool and spa.
