I really loved the closeness of the hotel employees wt the guests.. On my arrival ..in les than 1 hour I had received a hand written thank you letter from the hotel manager ... this was a very heart warming technique to le the guests feel special.. The employees from conciergerie till top manager were very friendly and attentive to the guests wills .. really aspot on
