Five-Star Hotels in Hammamet

Wonderful hotel with several pools and lots of activities. The staff is amazing, and always smiling and helpful. The all inclusive buffet had a high quality and offered lots of different options for every meal. Everything was kept clean and in good order. There were several activities to chose from every day, from kids club, to sports to walking and also excursions. We loved all of it but the most amazing thing was probably the staff: everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there and took care to smile and talk (even the cleaning staff, something that isn't always the case). Special shout out to the kind lady doing the breakfast eggs that remembered our daughters every morning - they were so happy and proud. The cute cats that roamed the area was an added bonus - it was so nice to see that they seemed to be taken care of.

Very friendly staff especially at the restaurant. The food was amazing with many vegetarian options. Really good quality food. Also, people arriving late at night, they have a small buffet for you to snack while they process the checkin (wasn’t expecting this, very nice !). Had plenty of sunbeds available all day long - didn’t struggle to lay down a towel after 10AM like other people suggest here. The gym is a plus. The massages are also great value.

Reception:Khaled is a high professional manager .He could easily be part of any high class chain hotel in the world.He assures good time management of check in.He let you see the room before you pay to assure if it is all as you expected.If you come directly from a plane trip he first lets you go eat something and relax while the bags wait for you in the room.He is doing more than his position.He checks on the service in the bar,pool,spa,animation so thr whole client satisfaction Food:best in Tunis so far Hygiene: the nice ladies take care of the whole facility.you can eat from the floor.so clean. Restaurant:the waiters professional,quick,especially the chef of the salle he gives you a tour when it is your 1day to introduce you to the buffet and restaurant.

This was my first time at this hotel and spa, having found it on Booking.com. I visited from the UK with my friend for 4 nights in November. I highly recommend this hotel, it is clean, welcoming, with great food and is fantastic value for money. The team are really professional, friendly and attentive, which we rewarded with tips throughout our stay, often giving team members 10 diners (£2.50) to show our appreciation. Getting to and from the hotel was easy with the private taxi that we booked through Booking.com. The driver was waiting for us at the airport on our arrival. It was £50 for the return trip. The buffet restaurant is well stocked with food from across the world, we were never short of delicious options to choose from. The chef who prepares the pasta dishes to order was just brilliant. His presentation was superb and I could tell he genuinely cared about preparing a delicious looking and tasting dish. We tended to sit in the middle section, near the dessert bar and was served by Hatem. He was fantastic, giving us a friendly greeting and ushering us to a table. As he got to know us more, we would arrive at the restaurant to find our chosen drinks already waiting for us on our table. In the hotel bar area, the bar tenders and waiters were very professional and friendly, often remembering your drink and bringing refills to your seat. The entertainment team are really personable and full of energy. Although there were no shows that we seen, they hold participation events each evening, such as karaoke and quiz nights, which were fun. Throughout the day, the team are often found dancing around the pool area and encouraging you to join in games such as crazy golf and archery. I took part in a ‘Learn Arabic’ lesson which was great. The room was well equipped with a large bath and shower, balcony, to, mini fridge and big beds. My only criticism was that the pillows were far too hard. The cleaning team were great.

Everything was beyond standards ..well done to the team, especially the professional ladies Awatef and Rabab who truly made our stay unforgettable from the check in till the last farewell ..rooms were very clean food very varieted ..royal tulip team you never failed to amaze us with your professionalism and your attention to details .well done hope to see you very soon ..leaving with a full heart and happy memories ..

We checked in because we had a bad experience in a duffer Hotel. This was like paradise in comparison. The rooms were modern clean and comfortable. The air conditioner stayed on even when we’re were there so you weren’t coming into a boiling hot room. The food was 10/10. With a huge selection of choice. The staff were also very friendly. The kids entertainment team were fantastic. Even tho we were the only English speaking family the interacted with her so much and helped her interact with other kids. The language barrier wasn’t a problem
