Everything was great . the pools the beach the staff , also animation team very friendly . I booked 2 rooms but when I reached the hotel I asked to upgread , and I got the best villa thanx to Bilal in reservations I just had to pay extra but I was definitely worth it .Tankx A lot to BILAL.

Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

It was a real UAI experience. The fresh food is incredible, with plenty of options available. There are snacks, pastries, and ice creams too. The beach is great, and the sea is impeccably clean. You’ve got to love it! The spacious rooms are cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided daily. I give the staff the highest praise—they are amazing. We would love to come back again! 🫶🏼

It is a very special place wonderful view over Bodrum! the rooms are big and luxurios always cleaned up daily very well. The staff mostly young people are very kind and have a good level of service support understanding. The Manager greets very kindly on a daily basis and is present. Dinner a la carte ,stayed 8 days and Menues were always very delicously cooked. Breakfast offers lots of various foods very nicley presented and outside you get some company at your table from the funny house cat "Osman". The spa area is beautiful and I was guided and explained through kindly and detailed.
