The location was just great. One felt very secure and it all was easy going. I got a recommendation of a restaurant near by. It was a very good tipp. Hira Lokantası. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was very nice.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. A big shout out to David, Bilal, Erkan, Meryem, Zekeria and Birgyul. They were outstanding in attending my request. We arrived at about 9am and to my surprise David got a room ready for me. Erkan assisted us with our luggage upon check in and check out. Bilal assisted me in storing my luggage safely while waiting for my airport transfer late evening. Zekeria was always kind in offering us coffee and tea on the house each time he saw me at the lobby. Meryem took care of our breakfast. Rooms were very cleaned by Birgyul and she ensured that we had enough coffee, water and toiletries . The hotel offered us turkish bath but since i've booked one elsewhere, I skipped it. The location is so central to most attractions like Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market. Tram station is a minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants closeby and taxi waits for you right outside the Hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for over 2 weeks, last year I came for one week and I liked it so I came back again. The staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming with a great smile, thanks to Shohida and Farhat at the reception desk both of them were awesome, helpful with information, directions and advices. The breakfast was superb, with various flavors of delicious food, vegetables and fruits, the breakfast staff are super friendly and welcoming, thanks also to Befeney who were looking after guests to get their feedback on a daily basis to ensure quality and their satisfaction. The room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, thanks to the room service who clean and change sheets and towels daily, you also have water, coffee, tea and a little refrigerator, and the room has a nice view on Istanbul. The hotel is calm and quiet all the day and night, so it's great option for relaxing, but also bussiness, you have the Fitness center includes Gym, swimming pool, Sauna,Turkish bath and steam bath, all are great and located underground with the Spa. When it comes to transportation, very simple and easy, you have the station of bus line 92T is around 220m only, it takes you directly to Taksim Square, if you stay on it, it will continue near to Osmanbay metro station. There is also the Tram, it's around 550m, it takes you to all tourist places like Grand Bazaar, The Blue Mosque, Ayasofya, and more, also it will continue to Kabatas station, where you can take the funicular to Taksim Square directly. I strongly recommend it, if you don't want to stay in a noisy place in the city center, yet you can enjoy Istanbul, then this place is the best place for you.
