Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

Perfect location if you want to enjoy the clean, blue sea while still being close to the city of Bodrum, which is a must-visit. The service is amazing; Turkish hospitality did not disappoint. It was a real UAI experience. The fresh food is incredible, with plenty of options available. There are snacks, pastries, and ice creams too. The beach is great, and the sea is impeccably clean. You’ve got to love it! The spacious rooms are cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided daily. I give the staff the highest praise—they are amazing. We would love to come back again! 🫶🏼

Maxx Royal Bodrum is an amazing property. All the facilities are wonderful and the staff are on it, exceptional service with a smile. We are especially grateful to lovely Sha, Illpoalita and Ali who have been so caring and for going out of their way to making our stay extra special. The Laguna Rooms are beautiful, spacious. The gym and spa is amazing you can spend a lot of time there. Maxxi Land was fantastic for my children, open 9am-2am - incredible. They just take your kids and look after them so well with regular updates. The great thing is that the hotel is quite big so you never feel overcrowded either and you certainly don't feel like you are on a family resort - everything is very smart and child-friendly but not a kid-show if that makes sense! There were plenty of couples too, and lots of grown up spaces and entertainment, although kids were welcome everywhere. You cannot fault this hotel. It is very expensive yes, but worth every cent. We highly recommend it and will return.

    Stunning tranquil resort with lovely service, food and entertainment. It felt luxurious being here - most of the staff really valued you as a guest and remembered small details about you very quickly to provide personal and excellent service. Especially the service staff by the pier and the Chef's at the main restaurant by evenings. Thank you all for making my stay memorable.

    Staff- exceptional Room- luxurious with everything you could possibly need. 7 star luxury Food- limited variety but everything was delicious and really good quality Gym, fitness activities and kids club- as expected from Rixos these were amazing and we loved everything we participated in and our daughter loved the kids club. It really was a near perfect stay and we will definitely return to Rixos anywhere in the world as the quality is outstanding

    Everything . Lovely 5 star property Everything is inclusive even Starbucks Bouquets are vast Also the sea view is outstanding Staff is very polite esp the lady at guest experience desk . She arranged a special Italian dinner for us ( all complimentary) as there were limited veg options Too many activities lined up for kids whole day through .

    Absolutely everything! It was beyond amazing! We got upgraded when we reached to thee most beautiful suite! The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Had hotel assistants messaging us with updates and looking after us. The food was delicious. The pasta is amazing and freshly made! Food is available all the time. The drinks are superb. Can’t get over how yummy the Godiva cafe was as well! Luxury at its finest! Highly recommend this hotel.

    Well about the property the first thing i noticed was how everything made me feel amazing here the resort itself is amazing, my room was abit far from the lobby and the main areas that have the activities/restaurants etc but they have drivers that you can call to and from your room which made it very comfortable and easy even if we went back and forth many times, the resort also has everything you want , if i were to just stay at this resort for the whole stay id be satisfied so yeah 5 stars excellent service amazing place.

    We absolutely loved everything in the hotel, service was exceptional, very wide variety of the most delicious food, great location, beautiful settings, very big beautiful garden, childcare facilities were amazing. This hotel has a little private island. You can get there anything you can dream off. Rixos Premium Bodrum is definitely more than 5 stars hotel!!!
