Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sanya Bay is located in Sanya, about 15 minutes' drive from Sanya Phoenix airport. It offers business venue, a swimming pool, kids' club, fitness centre and a self-service laundry service. Free WiFi is covered in all areas and guests can enjoy free parking. It was an amazing experience. We liked attitude and service staff and dedication of whole hotel personnel. Sanya and Ramada are definitely the places we will return to.

Living room and dining areas can all be found in the spacious apartments with ocean view and 8 villas. The facilities are great, and the room very comfortable and clean. However, the best part of the hotel is its service level, in particular the one directly provided by the hotel manager Maria. Her very high quality service was amazing - the best service level I’ve encountered in similar hotels.

The pool is equipped with fun slides and a foam party in the evening which the kids love. There are a number of dinner options just directly opposite the hotel which is just a minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Happy helped us throughout our stay guiding us with all the questions we had and making our stay a very pleasant one. Thanks Happy!! We will choose Sangem moon again if I come back again. It's really an exceptional hotel!!
