It was more than just a place to stay - it is connected to an amazing garden that you get access to for free being a guest of the hotel. The architecture of the rooms and the building is in line with the historical Chinese design. Truely a beautiful place to stay.

We have been to Suzhou many times but this was the first time we stayed in Crown Plaza. We are very happy with our selection, the location, the water view and the hotel's proximity to major attractions are first class. The walking path above the water next to the hotel makes our stay even more enjoyable. It is so beautiful with flowers along both sides of the pathway. The service is excellent with all our demands are met. We celebrate our milestone birthday here. The check-in, room services and breakfast are all great. This is one of the best Crown chain hotel in the world we have stayed. We wish to thank you all for the great facility and service.
