I had a very warm welcome by the staff with a welcome drink and in my room I was surprised with cake, fruit basket, champagne, my room decorated etc and on my birthday the had the staff sing to me with cake presented during breakfast. I honestly cried really exceeded my expectations. They really do know how to look after their customers, all the staff members were welcoming and knew me by name. I was called the birthday girl throughout my stay. Thank you so so much. I would definitely come back again!
