After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Each villa features an open-air living space with one or two bedrooms, shaded garden, and a private pool. The view of the pool was amazing. The room was very big with a nice view on trees. The staff was amazing and organised even a drive to several viewing points. What we really liked was the situation, you can easily walk to the monkey forest or to the shops
