The room was beautifully designed and kept exceptionally clean, and the hotel amenities were excellent. However, the Taj Amer stands out from other five-star hotels due to the staff dedicated to providing a personalised experience for their guests. For my birthday, they not only framed a picture of my partner and me to mark the occasion, but they helped my partner orchestrate a heartwarming surprise that exceeded both our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Shashthavi, Priyanshi, Kunal, and Shahi for making our stay so incredibly special. We hope to return to the Taj Amer during our next visit to Jaipur!

Govind even kept him company and supplied with beer! Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staf are incredibly polite and helpful. they had eyes on us all the time with a smily and peacefull face... The most important thing is that they want you to remember this stay forever with a big smile on your face... There is a nice swimming pool as well for those who want to finish the day on a sunset in a cool pool... We nearly cried when we left because all the staff was there to farewell us... We'll never forget those days and will always create a reason to come back here again...
