The hotel staff is so kind and polite, that at one point I wondered whether I even deserve to be treated THAT nice! Really, I felt like a queen. These are the kind of people who say "you're the MOST welcome, ma'am" instead of "you're welcome" and if an issue arises, they solve it in seconds. What an exceptional hospitality! Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.

Baber Mahal Vilas - The Heritage Hotel offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna and terrace. Bike hire and car hire are available at this hotel and the area is popular for cycling. We had the most incredible time here! The room was incredible the staff were so so so lovely the setting was exceptional. We would be back in a heart beat. We loved it.

Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality and taste were exceptional. What stood out the most was the staff’s genuine hospitality. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist, making the entire stay even more pleasant. Their positive attitude created a comfortable and homely environment. Overall, my stay at Hotel G Ramayana was memorable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere.
