Literally everything, the location is amazing, the history of the place is amazing, the hosts, Helen and Clint are the tops, the food was superb as was the Chef and breakfasts were perfection.

Everything at Waitapu Springs exceeded my expectations. Serge and Marie were very friendly and personable and easy to be around. Breakfast was lovely and of course the spa facilities were an amazing bonus! Between the sauna, hot tubs, and cold plunge pool it really felt like we had a 5 star experience for a very reasonable price. Location was perfect for a jaunt into town or a very quick drive to many nearby attractions.

Fabulous place with superb welcoming owners. Everything tip top including the wonderful garden. Fires alight to warm and welcome us. Fabulous evening meal by the local chef. Unique and unmissable. Helen you are a super star. Clint you are wonderful too.

Greg's bread making skills and smoothies are outstanding. He is an attentive and caring host. The accommodation is quite luxurious and very comfortable. The location is outstanding, right on the beach. We had THE BEST view from our bedroom and from the lounge. We loved this stay - it was the most special accommodation of our month long trip.

Superb setting, furnishings and decor in keeping with its history. Fantastic cooked breakfast and tea and coffee facilities. Roomy shared lounge area, big dining room and quirky bar with beer and wine available. The chef and his wife for evening 3 course set meal served top class food , highly recommended.
