We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Location is just perfect! If you’re using public transport to get there, the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the hotel. Mesmerizing view from the balcony, beautiful garden and interiors of the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a small supermarket couple minutes from the hotel. Definitely worth to visit. Our stay was exceptional.

Perfect Location - 3min walk from the cablecar station with great sunset view from the station and from the front of hotel. Great service, all useful information provided before getting there; all hosts are kind, efficient and friendly. Guests can use the spa facilities even after checkout (in the afternoon of the checkout day). Food is good with affordable prices.

This is one of the best hotels i have ever been to and this is a great place for kids to enjoy their vacations . With all the fun activities that you can do including water slides , trampoline park , arcade, pool, etc. The kids also had three foods of the day completely free which was amazing and really easy for the parents to access food when they need it + Amazing views!!
