During my recent stay at the hotel, I was very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering a range of options to suit different tastes. The hotel's location was also convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas. The first time to stay in this hotel is really beyond expectations, the geographical location is superior, the environment is beautiful, the room is spacious and bright, the facilities are complete and the hygiene is very clean, the breakfast is also very diverse, the service of the staff is warm and friendly, very attentive and thoughtful, the next chance to come to Haikou will choose to come here.

The owner, Lura, is super helpful and meticulous. Our flight was at 11.30 pm, and we requested a late check out. She arranged everything smoothly with an extra charge Y150. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with smart features. We were very impressed with "xiao du". They even provided us with an anti slip mat because we have an 86 years old grandma with us. There was also free supper "green bean soup". Highly recommended!

The location was convenient, the staff was helpful. Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast spread though not elaborate, was good. The restaurant also served very nice food other than breakfast.

super good hotel for an airport stayover. they have a shuttle going to/from T2 and T1, about every 30 mins. If you arrive late, just go to the information desk at the airport and they will call the shuttle for you. Shuttle stops in front of exit 5 at T2 arrivals for pick up. Room is very good, big double bed, big shower. water bottles provided too. Staff makes an effort to speak a few words, very basic english, or use translator apps. You ned only a little patience at reception, you're in China ffs, not in Europe or USA. Be kind with staff, they do their best. Morning shuttles back to terminals every half hour.
