The hotel location is ideal. It is within Paradise Walk, an expansive shopping mall area (if you like shopping) and a short 5 minute walk to the Metro Shiyoulu Station Line 1 Exit 2B, making it very convenient to get around Chongqing. The staff do not speak English but to get around this they use a translator app (and so should you) making communication easy. The staff are kind and helpful in answering questions, the Housekeepers friendly and approachable providing whatever I may have needed. Breakfast is excellent with various choices. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed staying at the Bloom Hotel very much!

Had an amazing view of the city! The room was very clean with a cleaner coming in daily. The bed was also comfortable and the bathroom was also amazing with views of the city from the shower. Overall very pleasant experience! Some staff also spoke English which helped a lot.
