The hotel and apartments were kept spotlessly clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and available 24/7, nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful peaceful haven to return to after a busy day, we felt very safe and welcome here. The pool was Beautifully refreshing and pool towels were available. Lets start from the view exactly as seen in the pictures so beautiful, as if your in the pyramids magical view from the roof. As for the staff all are very nice and respectful but spacial thanks to Mohammad he is one of the kind so helpful and nice he made us feel home and was worried about us when we get late, so me and my husband wants to thank him for helping making everything easier for us and feel warm in our stay, Miss Shaimaa was so lovely also and was on the details and so nice snd warm, also the owner is a real gentlemen that also welcomed us and we really felt cared of that we started thinking of moving in to Egypt 😁 Rooms we booked 2 one with the tub and one for the kids the triple beds the one with the tub and view its so nice and as pictures loved everything about it the decor the pillows and its quite to be honest also the view is so nice The breakfast is nice and yummy with the view its so exceptional
