A very charming country hotel! Very good location, everything important is within walking distance. Very cosily furnished, you would love to move in here! The rooms are also very tastefully decorated with attention to detail! The service was also very good! Just like the dinner and breakfast! The top address for Luss! We would come again!

The room was spacious, with lovely decor. It had an amazing view out of the patio doors onto Lochlomond. It was spotless, and even though we only stayed 2 nights, it was cleaned and beds changed inbetween. It was good having a coffee maker and robes. It's ideally situated to visit different places nearby, to eat out.

What a lovely property. The studio was spacious and well lit. It was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and beds were super comfy. The private garden was the highlight. Also, although a bit further from the city, which shouldn’t be a problem even if you don’t have a car since cabs are easily available, it was right across the road from the loch. The farm right outside the cottages was lovely. Peaceful location.

This place is HORRIBLE. Not at all as pictured on the inside. DIRTY, smelly, not cleaned. There is little to like apart from the location. What a shame.

The cottage was immaculate, spacious rooms with plenty of towels and blankets. Hot tub and fire area were excellent, lovely views. The host was available for any issues, not that we had any. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

    Absolutely fantastic in almost every aspect. Brilliant location right by the loch, room as expected with gorgeous views. Huge rooms, comfortable, clean and a lovely walk in shower to complement. High quality materials throughout and beautiful decor. Big ups to the staff who were very helpful, plenty of parking available and breakfast was varied and quite tasty!

    Beautiful location with a walk down to the shore of the Loch. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, quality was excellent and the service very good with helpful staff. The bathroom in particular had been beautifully done.
