The service of the staff was excellent. We arrived at about 10pm at night and the staff greeted us warmly. We got a free upgrade to a suit! Our room was beautiful with a balcony that had a spectacular view of the mountains. What really impressed me was how they took the initiative to send breakfast to us when we weren't able to wake up in time for the breakfast in the dining area. That gesture really warmed my heart. Thank you for the memorable stay!

This hotel is phenomenal!!! They have almost everything! The room has balcony, facing the Himalayas view. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom has hot shower. I love their facilities, we play pool table, ping-pong. The dining place is so warm, breakfast and dinner very good. I like the hotel staffs. Friendly and helpful. Always smile :) Luxury. Quality.
