This is an exceptional hotel in the centre of the city with a subway 100meters from hotel. Customer Service was the best, nothing was a problem with complimentary snacks in the morning & afternoon & evening in the lobby!! Rooms were ultra modern & spacious! Worth coming back to this hotel- exceptional!!

Comfortable beds with large a large closet. Didn’t realise until we were checking out that there’s a washer and dryer upstairs on the 11th floor- coin operated with soap provided. Breakfast was ample. Buses nearby. 20 min walk to the train station

Lovely large and clean room very close to the train station. Self check-in but staff are on site and were very helpful. Excellent value.

Really helpful, friendly staff, lovely design and the breakfast was great. The room was really nicely designed. Close to Kaohsiung and Formosa Boulevard stations so really good for getting to Zuoyang for the high speed rail and for the MRT to get everywhere else.

Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.

Midtown Richardson never fails to impress me regardless of which branch. Room is clean and comfortable. Facilities were new and good. Everything was provided for. Heater and air conditioning working well too.

I love how convenient it was going to the theatre because I stayed here to watch a show.
