Awesome staff, Clean and welll organized rooms. We got a free room upgrade to a business/honeymoon suite, just amazing. The staff are very helpful, meals are great and the roof top bar has a great crew. The ensuite bathrooms? wow. Loved everything!

The hotel is really nice. Super convenient to get to/from Entebbe Airport. I particularly liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The food at the restaurant on site was great and delicious. The breakfast was perfect buffet, eggs of your choice if requested. The WiFi connection was very stable and fast.

Staffs are really nice and kind. Especially we are big fans of Joseph. He kindly help us to arrange our tours and support everything we need.(We come back to the hotel after tours, even we already checked out, to see Joseph again) Garden, open-air restaurant and pool were also very nice. It was great experience and we want to visit there again if we go to Uganda next time too.

The reception staff- Cathy and Sushita were very patient with me even when my flight delayed for longer hours. I communicated to the hotel and explained the flight delays- they understood and still waited for me. They granted me late checkout such that I could sleep enough and rest from my jet lag.
