They're willing to help arrange rental cars, guided excursions, etc. Next time we come to Costa Rica we'll stay here on our initial arrival vs just before leaving!

The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.
