I've been to India dozens of times growing up, but never to this area - it was an absolutely phenomenal experience (thanks to Aranyak Resort for organizing everything!) and I definitely plan on going back again soon. Ram and all the staff at the resort were amazing, consistently going above and beyond to make our experience top-notch. All the meals were incredible and included a mix of traditional Indian food as well as international cuisine. The resort is also quiet and located in a very relaxing area. The staff made sure we got to see Bengal Tigers on our safari, organized massages for us one of the days, and also set up our transportation to and from Jabalpur airport. You may not have heard of Aranyak Resort or Bandhavgarh National Park before, but it's a hidden gem in India. I highly recommend you visit for a safari and stay at Aranyak Resort when you're there. You won't regret it.

We had the premium cottage which was quite spacious and clean. The food is generally decent and staff were all very helpful. They have a pool (we didn’t use) and a pool table (we ended up playing every time we went by the entrance). They can also arrange for the safari and if you book private safari, there is a pick up and drop as well, which is quite convenient.
