The room with a river view was great, and the bath was lovely. The staff was super helpful and had prepared English information documents and menus even though they didn’t speak English.

Local points of interest like Nagoya Castle and Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium are reachable within 16 km and 6 km, respectively. We booked Pirate suite room and my kids love it so much, treasure box inside kids room quite challenging for the kids to open. Reception staff were friendly and professional, breakfast also quite good with plenty Japanese food choices, Legoland just at the front of the lobby hotel.

Decorated with modern interior, guest rooms offer a private bathroom, free amenities, a safety box and free WiFi. I came here with 2 friends, all in our 20's. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. It was not very roomy but it wasn't a problem. It was pretty crowded with guests, but there was enough space for me. Even if you weren't to use the onsen, I think coming here is worth it. The breakfast was included with our room and that was our favorite part. There were various options and the food was restaurant quality. They provided robes and slippers. The wifi and air conditioning worked great, and the room was pretty spacious. We dropped our luggage off in the morning and came back later in the day. The staff was very friendly and helped us find good restaurants to eat at around the area. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I would come here again with my parents or someone I am trying to treat, but probably not with my friends if we were on a budget.

Good-sized room with a nice view of the surrounding streets and sky scrapers. The window actually opened so it was lovely to get some fresh air. The staff were really friendly. The location was excellent, only a couple of minutes walk to the station and subway. The breakfast was also great.
