The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

One of my best stays in recent years.

With a restaurant, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Private parking is available on site. Public bath is wonderful. There is even free ice after the bath. The small stand in the lobby that sells drinks and fruits till late night is just great. The weighing scale locates in the lobby can be handy when preparing luggage for the next flight. The laundry facility is great and cheap. We washed and dried our clothes several times during our stay. We used airporter to ship our luggage from and to the airport and that went smooth with the help of the front desk staff. Location is great as there is a Shiden station right next to it.
