Beautiful property, two minutes from beach with a terrific and attentive staff. Very clean and management immediately response to any concerns. Very good restaurant on site with outside alternatives close by but all have very similar menu so really no need to go. Breakfasts were a great value and very tasty. Grocery store tor snacks and toiletries nearby on main road. Lovely clean beach just steps away, plus a very clean pool onsite. You can use loungers belonging to restaurant on beach for the price of a drink. Very swimmable.

Situated on the Northeast coast of Sri Lanka, Oceanfront Condominiums Nilaveli is the very first luxury beachfront serviced apartment development consisting of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, each with magnificent views of the Indian ocean. It has a fitness centre. Superb. After a disappointing stay in Arugum Bay we thought this may be the same fake pictures, but it was under marketed! The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. Pool great. Staff helpful and great location on the beach. Great value too.

The accommodation offers room service, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. This is the second time I came to this place and last time was nearly five years ago. To be honest, I didn’t like this place earlier, but they have improved a lot. Friendly staff, clean room and value for money.
