The property is quite new, especially in comparison with other hotels in Pokhara. They have an elevator (which is a quite rare thing in Pokhara) and hot pool (which unfortunately I didn’t have the time to try). The manager, Bikash, was very kind to upgrade our booking from standard room to deluxe room, and when we checked out, he was so kind offering us some coffee before our 8 hr drive to Kathmandu. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area is near the lakeside, so you can find anything around the hotel area.

The hotel staff are all really king, friendly and attentive, in special Saurav Tiwari, the manager, he was there at all times to make sure I had a pleasant stay.
